One of the things that many buyers find frustrating,
is not being able to see where everything is in relation
to the property before they arrange to visit, so we
thought it might be useful to include some photos of the
setting, warts and all, so you have a clear idea of what
you will be seeing on a visit.
The hamlet is very quiet, a bit "old" and still
very much a rural French place where time passes slowly
and no one's in a hurry. You are more likely to find the
French equivalent of Farmers Weekly on the coffee tables
in this hamlet than a copy of Country Living! and far
more likely to see a tractor than a bus. Likewise, you
won't find street lighting or carefully tended window
boxes, thought there are a few well presented lawns here
and there. This is really rural France, it is not a wealthy
tourist village and you won't find a keep up with the
Jones culture here.
You will find peace and quiet, a large plot of flat
land with a detached barn prime for conversion and with
loads of potential... plus availability of electricity,
water and even broadband!!
